Level 3
Level 3 is mainly suitable for S1 or S2 (although can also be suitable for P7 or S3).
The more quality the learner has at level 3 the better the prospect of good continuity and progression at level 4 (for mainly S2, S3).
If someone is struggling with these support materials it suggests they would benefit from improving the quality of their level 2.
